一、注册用户账号

进入明道云学习平台（https://learn.nocoly.com），点击右上方登录按钮，选择使用Nocoly账号登陆。

输入你在Nocoly的账号和密码，如果你还没有Nocoly账号，则需要先注册一个。

登录成功后，就会进入学习中心的个人界面。

二、完善个人资料

点击右上方的个人头像，选择档案选项，查看个人资料。

点击“编辑档案”的按钮，开始完善个人资料。

在这里，你可以完善姓氏、名字、邮箱、个人信息可见权限、所在国家等信息。

注意：请务必把姓氏和名字修改成正确的英文名字，它会影响后续认证考试通过后的证书生成效果。

三、报名认证考试

查看认证项目

点击网页上方导航栏的“所有课程”，筛选出“认证”，就可以查看开放中的所有认证项目。

点击你想要了解的认证项目，查看介绍。

报名认证项目

当你确认要参加某项认证后，点击右方的“现在注册”按钮。

需要缴费的情况

假如该项目需要缴费才能报考，你会在“现在注册”的按钮上方看到费用。点击按钮后，会跳转到Stripe支付页面。假如你有优惠码，就可以输入到方框里，点击“使用优惠码”。

使用了优惠券后，会看到待支付的金额更新了。

完成支付，即可成功报名。报名成功后，会看到认证项目右侧栏有当前的完成进度。

申请优惠券

目前我们向Nocoly的付费客户或正式合作伙伴的员工提供优惠券，可全额抵扣HAP一级、二级认证考试费用。点击此处，填写信息，我们将在1-2个工作日内审核完毕，通过邮件的方式通知审核结果。若审核通过，优惠券信息也会在该封邮件里发送给申请人。

无需缴费的情况

有的认证项目是免费开放的，“现在注册”的按钮上方显示免费。这时候，直接点击按钮即可完成报名。

四、完成考试任务

认证考试通常分为两部分，分别是客观选择题和实操题（入门认证只有客观选择题）。你可以在认证项目里看到。

客观选择题

在开始考试前，你可以看到这轮考试的题目数量、题型、分值、通过的标准。准备好后，就可以点击开始考试按钮。

网页界面会显示考试剩余时间。你需要在限定时间里完成题目。当你完成好后，可以点击完成考试的按钮，提交试卷。系统也会在结束时间里自动提交试卷。

系统会立刻阅卷，显示得分情况和各个题目的正确答案。

如果需要重新考试，则点击导航栏里的“客观选择题”，即可回到最初的开始考试页面。你可以反复尝试，直到考试成绩达到通过标准。

实操题

在开始考试前，你可以看到这轮考试的题目数量、题型、分值、通过的标准。准备好后，就可以点击开始考试按钮。

实操题的题目很长，且信息量很大，请仔细阅读题目后再开始动手作答。

当你完成好题目作品后，就下拉到页面下方的作答区域，根据题目要求上传文件。最后点击“完成作答”的按钮。注意：提交后就无法再修改回答，只能等到考官阅卷结束后，重新开始一次考试后提交。

完成作答后，考官会尽快审阅你的作品并给出分数。

假如成绩未达到通过标准，你可以重新开始实操题考试，一直到成绩通过为止。

五、查询成绩

有一个快速查询成绩的地方，能减少平台操作的复杂程度。点击右上方个人头像，选择“成绩”菜单栏。你将会看到你正在参与的所有认证考试的成绩，点击单个认证项目，还能查看具体的得分情况。

更进一步地，你可以查看每个考试部分的成绩分析。

六、下载证书

要通过认证项目，你必须通过该认证项目里的所有考试。一旦达成所有条件，系统将会自动开通证书获取渠道。点击课程里的“证书”菜单右方的箭头，进入证书获取页。

假如你看到“获取你的证书”按钮下方有一个上锁的提醒（如下图所示），这代表你还没有通过所有考试任务。这时请返回上一个页面，去完成考试。

当你看到以下界面，就代表你可以领取证书了。

点击“获取你的证书”按钮，再点击“查看证书”按钮。

少数情况下，你会看到证书里的姓名显示出错，这是因为你在个人资料里的姓名出现了系统无法正常显示的语言文字。这时候，只需要前往个人资料页面修改好名字，就可以重新获取正确的证书了。

现在，点击右上方的下载按钮，就可以把证书下载到本地了。

常见问题

一定要遵循“入门—低级—中级—高级”的认证顺序吗？

不需要，您根据个人能力水平和希望达到的效果来选择合适的认证项目即可。

是否可以同时进行多项认证？

可以，您可以同时报名多个认证项目考试批次，完成考试任务。不过我们建议您合理规划好日常工作、学习和不同认证考试的完成时间，以免在考试期限内无法高质量完成考试任务，通过认证。

1. Register a User Account

Go to the Nocoly Learning (https://learn.nocoly.com), click the login button at the top right, and select “Continue with Nocoly”.

Enter your Nocoly account and password. If you don’t have a Nocoly account yet, you need to register one first.

After logging in successfully, you will enter your personal interface.

2. Complete Your Personal Profile

Click on your avatar at the top right and select “Profile” to view your personal information.

Click the “Edit Profile” button to complete your profile.

Here you can update your last name, first name, email, visibility of your information, country, and more.

Note: Be sure to correct your last and first names to your proper English name. This will affect the generation of your certificate after passing the certification exam.

3. Register for the Certification

3.1 View Certification Programs

Click “All Courses” in the top of the website and filter by “Certification” to view all available certification programs.

Click on the certification program you want to learn more about to see its introduction.

3.2 Register for a Certification Program

Once you are sure you want to take a certification, click the “Enroll Now” button on the right.

If Payment Is Required

If payment is required to register for the program, you will see the fee above the “Enroll Now” button. Click the button and you will be redirected to the Stripe payment page. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the box and click “Apply Code”.

After applying the coupon, the payable amount will be updated.

Complete the payment to successfully register.

Currently, we provide coupons for Nocoly’s paid customers or employees of official partners, which can fully offset the HAP Level 1 or Level 2 certification fees. Click here to fill in the information. We will review your application within 1–2 business days and notify you by email. If approved, the coupon code will be sent in that email.

If No Payment Is Required

Some certification programs are open for free; “Free” will be displayed above the “Enroll Now” button. In this case, just click the button to complete registration.

4. Complete Exam Tasks

Certification exams usually consist of two parts: Multiple-choice Questions Task and Hands-on Practical Task (Starter-level certification has only Multiple-choice Questions Task). You can see them in the certification program.

4.1 Multiple-choice Questions Task

Before starting the task, you can see the number of questions, types, scores, and passing criteria for this round. When you’re ready, click the “Attempt Quiz” button.

The web interface will display the remaining time. You must complete the questions within the allotted time. After finishing, you can click the “Submit All and Finish” button to submit your paper. The system will also automatically submit at the end time.

The system will grade immediately and display your score and the correct answers for each question.

If you need to retake the exam, click “Multiple-choice Questions Task” in the navigation bar to return to the start exam page. You can retry as many times as needed until your score meets the passing standard.

4.2 Hands-on Practical Task

Before starting, you can see the number of tasks, types, scores, and passing criteria for this round. When ready, click the “Attempt Quiz” button.

The Hands-on Practical Task is a little bit complex. Please read the instructions carefully before you begin.

Once you have finished your work, scroll down to the answer area and upload your file according to the requirements. Then click the “Finish Attempt” button.

Note: Once submitted, you cannot modify your answer. You will have to wait for the examiner to finish grading before you can start a new attempt.

After submission, the examiner will review your work and give you a score as soon as possible.

If your score does not meet the passing standard, you can retake the practical task exam until you pass.

5. Check Your Results

There is a shortcut to check your results, which can simplify platform operations. Click your avatar in the top right and select “Results” from the menu. You will see the results for all certification exams you are participating in. Click on an individual certification program to view detailed scores.

You can also view analysis of each section of the exam.

6. Download the Certificate

To pass a certification program, you must pass all tasks in that program. Once you meet all the conditions, the system will automatically open the certificate download channel. Click the arrow to the right of “Certificate” in the course, and go to the certificate page.

If you see a lock reminder below the “Get Your Certificate” button (as shown below), it means you have not yet completed all tasks. Please return to the previous page to complete the tasks.

When you see the interface below, it means you are eligible to claim your certificate.

Click the “Get Your Certificate” button, then click “View Certificate”.

In rare cases, your name on the certificate may display incorrectly. This is because your name in your profile contains characters that the system cannot display properly. Just go to your profile page, correct your name, and you can retrieve the correct certificate.

Now, click the download button at the top right to download the certificate to your computer.

FAQ

Do I have to follow the “Starter – Level-I – Level-II” order for certifications?

No, you can select the certification program that best matches your ability level and goals.

Can I take multiple certifications at the same time?

Yes, you can register for and complete multiple certification exam sessions simultaneously. However, we recommend you plan your work, study, and exam times reasonably to ensure you can complete all tasks with high quality within the deadlines and achieve certification.
